We are currently seeking a visionary Head of Corporate Communication to lead our communication strategies across all facets of our business.

 

 

Role Summary:

We are in search of a visionary Head of Corporate Communication to spearhead our communication strategies, encompassing internal and external communications as well as employer branding. This role involves being a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team, developing communication strategies that align with our business goals, and ensuring our team members are engaged and aligned with our vision.

Responsibilities:

Internal Communication (50%)

· Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, senior leadership, and department heads, offering guidance on internal communication strategies to foster a strong SERIS culture.

· Develop and implement an internal communication strategy that supports organizational change, enhances employee understanding of corporate objectives, and encourages a culture of feedback and dialogue.

· Translate strategic initiatives into actionable and relatable messages for employees, ensuring alignment across the organization.

· Coordinate with various departments to deliver timely and effective communication of key messages, developing & utilizing diverse channels to reach all employees.

 

Employer Branding (35%)

• In close collaboration with HR, develop and execute a dynamic recruitment marketing strategy that positions SERIS as an employer of choice, highlighting our unique culture, values, and career opportunities, enhancing our ability to attract and retain top talent.

• Leverage social media, digital platforms, and innovative content (including employee testimonials and behind-the-scenes insights) to attract and engage potential candidates, promoting SERIS’s vision and values.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to refine our approach continually, enhancing the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, with a focus on supporting talent attraction and retention.

• Market SERIS internally to foster a strong sense of belonging and pride among employees, thereby aiding retention and engagement.?

 

External Communication/Marketing (15%)

• Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand visibility, coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce compelling marketing materials.

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO, to enhance our online presence and reach.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and leadership in the security sector.

• Assist the sales team by building a library of communication templates that highlight the benefits and value of our services to customers, particularly in bid responses.

 

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, with experience in internal communication, employer branding, and external marketing.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop and convey messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Strong leadership and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Expertise in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and crisis communication.

• Creative thinker with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively across teams and departments.

Fluency in Dutch, French and English
